At the heart of "Dəˈskəs," a digital platform co-designed with Kenyan adolescents and young people to provide a safe online space for connection, peer interaction, and access to reliable health information. The platform focuses on self-care, stress management, general wellness, and peer learning, seamlessly integrating with adolescents' existing social media habits to provide meaningful mental health support. The participatory design process ensured cultural relevance, builds trust, and enhances engagement.
